A total solar eclipse will occur across the entire continental United States for the first time in 99 years on August 21. If you don't already have plans, join the Pack for an eclipse viewing here in Minnesota. The partial eclipse will hide about 80% of the sun.
Weather permitting, drop in or stay for the entire event. Bring your own chair, water, sunscreen, bug spray and snack. Wear your 'class A' uniform as we are going to participate as Scouts so that we can earn our awards.
Cub Scouts from our Pack can experience the eclipse together at Northtown Library (711 County Hwy 10 Frontage Rd). The library opens at 12pm and the event goes until 3pm.
