Every boy who joins Scouting at Xtravaganza by filling out an application form and paying the $2.50 pro-rated registration fee will receive a FREE Pocket/Keychain Flashlight! AND the Cub Scout who recruits the new Cub Scout will also receive a FREE Pocket/Keychain Flashlight!  AND an official RECRUITER patch!
