 Itinerary

Friday – 2/5/2016


4:00 – 7:00 pm

Check-in, camp tour, unpack and organize supplies, camp set up

6:00 – 8:00 pm

Cracker Barrel- snacks in the dining hall, visiting, unpack personal gear, evening hygiene and free time

8:00 – 10:00 pm

Wind down with a movie in the bunkhouse (settle boys into bed for the movie)

10:00 pm

Lights Out

Saturday - 2/6/2016


6:00 -7:30 am

Rise and Shine: prep for the day – (coffee and cocoa in the dining hall)

7:45 am

Opening flag ceremony, Pledge of allegiance.

8:00 – 9:00 am

Breakfast: (Menu TBA) Grace, kitchen & dining hall clean-up (scouts & adults required to help clean-up - Assignments will be posted in the dining hall) 

9:00 – 12:00 am

Morning activities: (adult volunteers needed), nature hike/birding,  sledding, board games, and other activities.

12:00 -12:30 pm

Clean-up for lunch (scouts & adults required to help)

12:30 – 1:30 pm

Lunch: (Menu TBA) kitchen & dining hall clean-up (scouts & adults required to help clean-up - Assignments will be posted in the dining hall) 

2:00 – 5:30 pm

Afternoon activities: (adult volunteers needed) ice fishing, sledding, foosball tournament, games, crafts and other activities.

5:30 - 6:00 pm

Cleanup for dinner (scouts & adults required to help)

6:00 – 7:00 pm

Dinner: (Menu TBA) Grace, kitchen & dining hall clean-up (scouts & adults required to help clean-up - Assignments will be posted in the dining hall) 

7:00 - 9:00 pm

Campfire Program

9:00 - 10:00 pm

Evening hygiene, prep for bed.

10:00 pm
